Emissions Testing Tips

To help our friends and customers wade throught the Emissions Red Tape we have outlined some helpful tips to keep you knowledgable, aware, and in control.

Tip 1: Engine Light on? If you have an engine light on forget about testing. Get the engine light correctly diagnosed and repaired before wasting your time - you will not pass and you will only have 1 free re-test.

Tip 2: Emissions repairs are just like regular auto repairs- go to a qualified trustworthy source for information and repairs.

Tip 3: Getting Quotes? Remember this, "you get what you pay for."  In Auto Repair its really is true- The cheapest price is not the best deal, you will get less for your money and less reliablility, someone had to cut something, somewhere to get you that price.

Tip 4: Want to get in for a Fast E-Test, Call and schedule your Lube Oil and Filter change and get it done then. You may not even have to wait.

Tip 5: While we no longer do official testing for the emission we have the latest service and test equipment to diagnose and problems!
