Our Ethics and Moral Code

As owners of a local family owned and operated auto shop, we are committed to providing the best auto service in the Canyon County area. In business and in life we are also committed to upholding strong family values, ethics and morals. Honesty, Integrity and Trust are vital to our lives and our business. We strive to hire high ethics personnel and train them to be the best and give the best service. Also we love feedback and hearing from you and your personal experience with us good and bad.

Here is our business and code of ethics:

  1. We promise to always listen to your problems and help or find create valid solutions.
  2. We promise not to do ANY repair work without your approval.
  3. We promise to uphold your trust by doing what we say we are going to do.
  4. We commit to providing you with choices in your repairs as long as they are viable and correct and reliable.
  5. We promise not to waste your time or money on inferior parts we can’t warranty for at least 1 year.
  6. We will not to do any repairs we wouldn’t guarantee for our own mothers.
  7. We will treat you with respect and help you understand your needed service or repairs regardless of your automotive knowledge.
  8. We will at your request spend as much time explaining and teaching you about the repairs as you need to help you make the best possible decision.
  9. We promise not to cut corners or do cheap inferior work.
  10. We promise not to sell you anything you do not need. This includes unnecessary repairs, but excludes maintenance with which we are ethically bound to tell you about so you can save money in order to avoid future costly repairs.
