WE ARE GIVING AWAY A CAR!

Our small auto repair shop in Nampa wants to make a difference in this time of economic crisis. Monday, March 26th, 2012, Mike's Auto Clinic will start accepting nominations for "Mike's Auto Clinic Car Giveaway" for people in Treasure Valley that have been affected by the current downturn in the economy. They will be asked to write a letter explaining why someone they know deserves the opportunity to buy a 1999 Ford Taurus for one dollar. People are being asked to nominate someone who is really helping others.

The past year has brought a lot of heart ache to parts of the state due to the current recession. Mike and Ann Watkins, owners of Mike's Auto Clinic are "…trying to bring change, making a difference in any way we can," by giving a deserving person in the Treasure Valley the opportunity to buy a refurbished car for one dollar. The ideal person is someone not thinking of themselves but instead who always looks out for others.

With the help of Rueben's Auto Body of Nampa, Mike's Auto Clinic reconditioned a 1999 Ford Taurus to look and run like new. It has an automatic transmission, clean interior, and is fully loaded with options.

Nominations can be mailed to "Mike's Auto Clinic Car Giveaway", 611 3rd St. So. Nampa, Id 83651, starting Monday, March 26, 2012. All nominations must be post marked by July 15th, 2012. Mike's Auto Clinic along with Rueben's Auto Body will read all the nominations and will determine the most deserving person to be the new owner of the Ford for one dollar. The chosen nomination will be announced on July 20th. This day has been extended to coincide with the national "wheels to prosper" program.

All nominations need to include the following information:

• Nominating person's name, address, and phone number
• Why that person believes the nominated person needs & deserves the opportunity to purchase the Ford Taurus for one dollar
• Nominee's name, address and phone number

The car will be on display at Mike's Auto Clinic in Nampa and other locations throughout the nomination period, allowing to the Treasure Valley view the car. Contact Mike's Auto Clinic for days and times.
